This work includes designing & planning developments from conceptual layouts to surveying of existing conditions and all the way through construction. Our clients include developers, landowners, builders, construction companies and local municipalities. Our offices are located in Stratham, NH.

We have multiple, highly skilled survey teams who support an experienced staff of engineers. Typical projects will begin with a survey of the existing conditions and property lines at the site to be developed and conceptual designs with engineers working closely with the client. In-house design work includes roadways, site layout, grading and utilities. Our survey teams also generate as-built plans after the completion of projects to ensure everything has been constructed appropriately and extremely accurate, real-world conditions can be recorded. All projects have to be approved through Town and State agencies and conform to their unique requirements.

We work on projects in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine. Survey teams meet each morning at our main office and spend most of their days in the field. Engineers work at the Stratham office but will attend meetings at job-sites or town offices as needed.
